家長值日守則 / Parents On-Duty Guideline

此守則目的是提供一般值日家長的協議及責任 The purpose of this guideline is to provide a general understanding and responsibilities of those parents who are on duty.

1. 出席既安排的曰期 Attend assigned date;

2. 如不能早到,務必準時,如沒有另外聲明 , 值班時間為下午一時至五時 Arrive on time, if not early. Unless otherwise noted, the schedule is 1p.m. to 5p.m.;

3. 如無法出席 , 應儘早知會訓導 , 以安排代替.只在特殊情況下 , 訓導可考慮安排另曰值班. 訓導有絕對決定權 . 如缺席通知少 於一星期,值日金將沒收,恕無例外. Notify the Safety Officer ahead of time if not able to attend, so that a substitute can be arranged. Reschedule will only be granted on exceptional case and on own discretion of the Safety Officer. If absence notice came in less than a week before the assigned date, on duty fee will be forfeited. No exception;

4. 到達及離開請於總值日處簽名 Sign in and sign out with the On Duty Officer in-charge;

5. 協助總值日代表執行一切學校事務,包括但並不限於下列:

安排,設立,清潔及把學校財產/檯/設備放回原位 複製,釘裝及分發文件 , 預備茶水及水杯, 作圖書館員, 於上下課時間搖鈴 , 巡邏走廊等等,詳情及工作分配請依照總值日代表 Assist On Duty Officer in-charge in all school related activities, which include but not limit to: arrange, set-up, clean up, and return the school asset/tables/equipments, etc. make copies, staple, and distribute materials, set up the tea pot and have the cups ready, be a librarian, ring the bells at the beginning and at the end of classes, patrolling the hallway, etc. Details please refer to the On Duty Officer in-charge;

6. 當值日家長完全出席及滿意地完成指派的工作,值曰金才可發回,恕無例外 On duty fee will only be returned when parents show up the whole assigned period of time and satisfactory finish all assigned duties. No exception;

7. 如有憂慮或困難,應儘快知會有關總值日代表 Communicate with the On-Duty Officer in-charge about concerns/problems in a timely fashion;

8. 由於不能儘錄,請用常識 Use common sense. Follow your common sense when an incident is not written in this guideline. 如有須要,南澤西中文學校可隨時作出修改,無須預先通知 Chinese School of South Jersey reserve the right to make any amendments when deemed appropriate. No advance notice is required.
